—A world hidden behind doors. —An ancient recurring and familiar theme. I suppose it was a reflection that that yielded a review of this world I have created around me, for better or worse. I am often humbled and reminded the “better” when people visit my world for the first time — Their accounting from that of the observer. A capture of senses in a single moment. Sight, sound, scent, touch; they describe it—to me.
And as I am blessed to sit and stare at yet the girth of another creation, an object immovable by its lone maker. —A case to hold cases, curiosity and collection— a haberdashery— 
I am taken by an awareness; 
This is not a mirror, it is a window. 
I suppose I needed to see the image reversed and backwards, to experience what others see. 
I do, every single day, what I love to do. Feverishly.  Often with cost and sacrifice. And consequence. 
Body and mind —heart—once. But never soul.
It is not the objects I create or collect, it is the stories I and they write. And the emotions carried by them. 
I fill my life with their beautiful poems. 
Their unsayable language.
I am surround by love stories. Warmth. A fire. 
It is the fuel that I burn; I have come to realize.
And with grace, and certainly most rewarding, the opportunity to give and receive, any or all of this, to and from others. 

One life’s canvas. Gods gift, I believe, I have received.
Mine, torn and mended. Stained. Painted over. And over. Often or mostly hidden behind doors. 
But sometimes visible through the clarity of a window.

With two antique mirror inlay doors. This case can be custom outfitted as a butlers pantry or bar with clear glass face doors and shelving/drawer units as well as a media cabinet. Price $10500
